Single-shaft mixers (MA series)

Ideal for the preparation of  heavy, normal and light concrete (foamed concrete, concrete with polystyrene, or concrete with foam clay) and fine sand mixtures. The mixers of the MA range can be used to supply truck mixers, industrial and civil prefab systems and road and dam construction systems. It is possible to use large sized aggregates both rounded and crushed types.

FORCED-RUNNING MA SERIES with mixing in two backflow zones: the two mixing blades with opposite inclination, generate two horizontal movements with intensive turbulence in the central zone. Thanks to the combination of the horizontal movements, as described above, with the vertical movement,  generated by the rotation of the arms and blades, the material to be mixed is stirred rapidly and intensively for an efficient blending action, IN THE FASTEST POSSIBLE TIME.

Such horizontal movements act to avoid the risk of segregation that often occurs in vertical axis mixers as the result of a centrifugal effect due to the different weights and volumes of the aggregates and in consequence of the floating of the lighter materials.

SKIP BUCKET with bottom opening. Single winding drum, large diameter drum  and return pulley ensuring LONG LASTING CABLE LIFE. High raising and lowering speeds to permit the feeding of the mixer while it is still preparing the previous mixture.

Water distribution by means of a ring pipe. Covering with a double access hatch and double inspection port protected by mesh. The bucket-mounted version has a cover that automatically closes the loading inlet. Safety devices in accordance with current accident prevention norms.
