“Grizzly” vibrating screens type VSG

These sturdy screens are used for the feeding of jaw crushers and optimize the efficiency of the same as it avoids the risk of feeding material that cannot be crushed as it is too fine.
It is made up of two sturdy side sections, rigidly joined by means bolting of the two screen decks.
The first screen deck is made of tapered bar sets, the top part made of anti-wear steel.
The second deck is of lateral traction type fitted with steel mesh or perforated sheeting.
The vibrator is constructed using vibrating-screen bearings, grease lubricated for heavy-duty working conditions, with easily adjustable eccentric masses.
